What answer did you find? The answer depends. If you are assigned an internal ip then the answer is no.

Your router ip is probably dynamic from the isp so then everything depends on your firewall setting and what incoming traffic you allow

Don't get paranoid. If you are worried about fraud don't do anything on you browser unless you see the lock and clear the cookies and temp file regularly.
