All current browsers support the Windows Media Player Plug-in, so be sure you have a current and up-to-date version of your browser. If you are unsure, update your browser first.
Internet Explorer: Click on Tools>Manage Add-ons. Be sure the Windows Media Player Active-X Control is enabled and present in the List of Add-on currently loaded in Internet Explorer. If it is not listed, look in the List of Add-ons that have been used by Internet Explorer. If the Windows Media Player Plug-in is not listed, update your browser and the plug-in will install automatically.
FireFox: In the browser adddress bar, type in about plugins. Firefox will display all the plug-ins installed within the system. Look for Windows Media Player Plug-in Dynamic Link Library and Microsoft® DRM. If they are not present, try reinstalling firefox.
Netscape: As with other browsers, the Windows Media Player Plug-in should have been installed when you installed Netscape. As with other browsers, be sure you have the Windows Media Player Plug-in installed and that it is enabled. You can get the Windows Media Player for Netscape 4.x

Mac Users: The Mac OS X offers full support for the Windows Media Player Plug-in. As with other browsers, if it is uopdated, it should contain the latest plug-in version. If you find that the Windows Media Player Plug-in is not installed, you can install it
