Default <Plugin name not set> Error

Hey everyone

I have been seen this error in our application logs of our windows 2003 server SP2. The error comes up as the following:

Type: Error
User: N/A
Computer: xxxxxxx
Source: <Plugin name not set>
Event ID: 4183

Description:
The description for Event ID (4183) in Source {<Plugin name not set>} cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to sue the /AUXSOURCE=flag to retrieve this description; see Help and support for details. The following information is part of the event : Error 0x00001057, in file winvolcoordinator.cpp, line 198.

I have asked around and cannot find anyone who can tell me what this means and why it is coming up. Any ideas would be very appreciated, thanks.

Daniel
