Default Outlook - How to close all items on exit?

I have users who always accidentally close their Outlook with items, emails, attachments open - causing Outlook to freeze on "Please wait while Outlook exits". Doing a "kill Outlook" / end process kinda fixes it.

Is there a way to have Outlook close all items on exit?

Thanks
