Everytime I shutdown I get End Process on

XPCOM:EvntReminder
and sometimes
O (yes just O)

This actually only happens when I have to restart because nothing related to the internet will load.... Like IE or Mozilla, or Trillian, or even outlook! None of them will load, then I have to restart and XPCOM:EvntReminder comes up to end task it to shutdown.

What is this?

I would Run MSconfig and disable those two processes on startup. and if need be run a hijackThis and delete them.

You have a ton of things you dont need at startup + some not dangerous but annoying ones you could get rid of. Google each one by name as you can see it it your log, you'll find out easy if it's needed or not. I could not do it without knowing a lot more about your setup, configs, soft etc. You will learn so much about your machine by doing the research yourself, it's all worth it.

XPCOM error probably comes from Mozilla's soft. If you are running one of Mozilla's clients, why not try uninstall/reinstall just to give it a shot.
