control panel>network internet con>network con>right click on conection >networking>internet protocol>propreties to change the ip of the computer if you want to change the ip that other people on internet see (to hide the ip ) use hide ip or try proxy server

Anywho...what IP are you wanting to change?Helps us to know. Your Computer's IP or your external IP that is broadcasted throughout the internet?

Yeah, use proxy. Type "free anonymous proxy" in the google and go to the first link... Then setup your browser to work with selected proxy. Bingo.

Usually IP comes from your ISP, so you can't change it unless you use a proxy (which changes the IP shown outside). You can try to request a new IP address from your ISP server like this in command prompt:

ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

Right-click on your LAN connection. Go into the TCP/IP settings and manually configure it there.
