Can anyone help me with the uninstallation of the Brico Pack Vista Inspirat,

After i install the program, the taskbar become black and a lot of theme changed, and it actually looks good. However, when i uninstall the pack, the black and the other theme are still there, and i reinstall it again, then uninstall it again to see if it is work.

Unlikely, the black taskbar for the start menu is still there.

So can anyone help me with that problem, also i cant edit the program name or delete the program shortcut in the " All Program " in the start menu.
