If you use Microsoft Office 2007 and Text Pad - You can do "everything".
For me MO 2007 is very good.

I tested the beta of it and i have to admit, i was impressed, but i did not like the fact that you cannot hide the taskbar. It functioned fine and it just darn looked good. Kudos to microsoft. (dont get to confident)

Office 2007 is good by Office standards, but I truly am starting to hate the program. There is no creativity within it and I'm starting to try to find something better.

Unfortunately everything else sucks so I'm stuck using office. If anybody can find me something better than Office please PM me.

When I switched to Office 2007 from 2003, it seemed a lot different (where everything is located). 2007 is not quite the same as 2003 because of new features like better user interface, indexing in outlook for faster searching, better word dictionary, more excel forumlas, and powerpoint having many more backgrounds.

Isn't there some Accounting program with it? Have you used it? Is it simple to use?
