I can't sync my email, contacts and calendar with my pocketpc. It will only sync the notes and tasks. Anyone overcome this stumbling block before?

CONNMGR_36 error means that you have a connection problem to the Exchange server. Two things could be causing this.
1 - You don't have the correct FQDN entered in Activesync.
OR 2 - Your PPC has a faulty Activesync connection. Does your FQDN look like this: netbios.domain.tld
If this still doesn't work, you will need to hard reset your PPC and yes, I am sure about it because I have had this problem before too.
