Has anyone heard about the new windows which is in development, I was watching a video of one of the main windows programmers, and by what he was talking about the next windows will be brilliant, they even talk about making it so if you install windows on a machine which has a alternative operating system it wont delete it.

I assume u r referring to v7, yes it is actualy good but not as good as mozilla 3.

The new v8beta got released as well.

I think it was formerly known as Blackcomb and Vienna. Vienna is the next major version of Microsoft Windows as the successor of Windows Vista. Windows Vienna may include features that were dropped from Vista such as the new file system. Additional new features may include a dramatically new UI and other new features from the Microsoft Development labs, such as group bar and layout bar. Security will also be enhanced with applications and external access being placed in a secure sandbox that prevents any effects to other applications and the OS itself.

There is a Windows 7 - Code named Vienna changed from blackcombe major -re-write of Vista OS *Delays...* I suspect once the virtualisation bit is marianated it will release in 18months is my guess in time for the next generation of computers

Yeah but you mentioned "Mozilla" and Windows 8 is a LOOOONG ways off, and IE8 beta is out, so it was as if you were referring to IE. And IE7 is the worst IE yet. Comparing Mozilla to Windows would be like comparing the nice seats in a car to the car itself which is not that good.

Windows 7 is introduce earlier than 2010 and formerly code named "Blackcomb" and "Vienna," Windows 7 is supposed to be more user friendly, focusing on how a user works rather than on applications.
