Bill,
When I hover over the menu, it highlights pink and the words turn like an orange or kind of yellowish color. You might want to pick different colors.

Some advice,
on top of providing a service that users pay for, you might want to consider also offering some free icons. This will drive more people to your site, and some may even turn into paying customers.

One more thing, the the latest news column. You have several things listed as being done, but you don't provide a link to anything on there. ???

Nice site! The only real thing I would recommend is along the lines of what Bill said. When you hover over the menu and the button turns pink the text is a bit hard to read, maybe go for another color.

Nice site with latest sitemap.xml version 0.9 . Better to have sitemap.html for normal users also.
