Looks good, I dunno if pink is a very rock color tho.

Your design looks good, the only thing is the pink color. It stands out and goes well with the design, but it might turn some people off, especially the specific group you are targeting.

pink with black is great for rock. I love rock and alternative rock music. I know pink and black are becoming new trends in design of all sorts, no matter the subject. I personally dislike template websites like urs, but ur themes is so modified, i would not have geussed joomla. I also dislike joomla :P, just because of the security holes it has.

Move the login area to the right 10-15px. You should create the banner text a little bit bigger

Nice design, but just a bit heavy on size as it took some time to load on slow connection.

would suggest you to increase your text font size by 1 pt throughout
