Now be nice as I just earned hwo to do this like two months ago and I'm not very goos, But im stll trying though and I'm learning new things all the time

VERY nice look. My only criticism is that that highlighting makes it look like some of the text should be links, but they aren't. Not a big thing.

Overall...better than anything I've done!

Hi,

Not bad! Highlights break the text and so a bit difficult to read. I'd also suggest to use a little smaller fonts and for e.g. contract Introduction a little bit which could help the design - use font size as in forum menu.

One more I forgot: never share email directly on your page. Robots will be sending messages in latest 2 weeks. I've experienced and it's an anger.

Make a link like "here" or share like: staff/at/xrebellion/dot/e10/dot/info.

Looks good. Maybe add some links directly out of your introduction section as your community grows. Also, thinking of your target audience, maybe some small clickable graphics in place of those links too! (minimal eyecandy)
