Default New Project

Its not complete i just have the basic design, i still have alot of work to do on it like adding pictures and stuff. I just want a little feedback on things i could possibly improve.

I like the look, but their are some small things that could be fixed and they are:

1) On the bottom of your page it says: SUPPORT..., after that I can see the tops of words, but I can not read them. Are you using a Frame or iFrame and set it to No Scrolling? If so you should fix it and change it to Auto. If your not using Frames you should look into it and see if its cross browser ( i e displays okay in IE, FF, etc).

2) This is a small one but on your site it says:

Quote:
This months featured Package is the Advanced package. Sign up now and get a month and a half free! Get Started

I say change it to:

Quote:
This months featured Package is the Advanced package. Sign up now and get 45 days free! Get Started

45 days, sounds better then saying a month in a half.

Plus when I clicked the GET STARTED BUTTON (the circle one; green) it took me to a page that said: WHAT DO WE DO.

If this is by mistake you should fix it. If it is not fix it any way. People will learn what your site is by reading the homepage. Plus your navigation is easy and simply, but sometimes easy is not the best way to go. Right now your navigation is:

Quote:
1) Home
2) Hosting
a) order
b) Compare
c) Help
3) Support
a) FAQ
b) Forum
c) Form
4) Comapny
a) About
b) Products

Thats a good navigation but people should beable to find some stuff a lot faster then others, plus you named your Support Form in the navigation as Form. Thats bad because a new person will not know what a form is. Plus you got stuff out of wacked in your navigation. try something more like this:

Quote:
1) Home
2) Forum
3) Packages
4) Customer Websites
5) Buy Now
6) Free Trial

The above would be your Quick navigation and would go above your FEATURED information. Then your top navigation should be:

Quote:
1) Compare
2) Support
a) FAQ
b) Contact Us
3) Company
a) About Us
b) Our Staff

because most of your navigation is in the main navigation this one acts more as more info. As you can see I too the Hosting name away and simply put Compare. Then in the Support navigation I changed the Form to Contact Us. Then in the Comapny I put about us and Our Staff. The navigation is simpler and stuff makes sense now. You could also set it up by going like this:

Quote:
1) Home
2) Forum
3) Pakages
a) Comapre
4) Support
a) FAQ
b) Contact US
5) Customer Websites
6) Buy Now
7) Free Trial
8) Our Comapny
a) About Us
b) Our Staff

And you need to fix your MONEY BACK 30 DAY GUARNTEE, make the back ground whit or transparent. And the link to your forum is broken.
