What changes should i make in the website to make it work better than other free forum hosting services...

i like features of the site, you can change the color and make it more eye catching.

I would recommend changing the blue value in the top-of-page buttons to a more eye-catching blue value, similar to your graphics below. Also reprocess your logo and graphics, as some distortion is apparent. This might be what cessai06 is seeing too.

well.. the site looks good but i would put the ads at the top or to the side, not in the middle.
