The current one is OK, but the new one is definetly an improvement.

You need to synthesize the original with the new one in that the original seems to have too much empty space working against it whilst the new one is, as has been said, too small. Id suggest increasing the size of the new one for better legibility. Most users have form an instant dislike for a website that is too small to probably read.

First one is much better. I would hire that designer, I would not hire the designer with the second site. Too little contrast, too little space. I could barely look at it because of the colors.

I would definitely keep the first page with some changes.

I think the News and Updates is out of place on this page. It's not that important to your users and is not a good sales tool. I'm a user looking to buy a banner. I don't care when your pricing page was last updated. Use that space in the page to sell. Show me more examples. Show me the testimonials. Show me prices. Those will help me make a buying decision.

I like the size of the old layout. The new one is too small. You should make it bigger!

i agree. the current is more attractive than the new one. the new one is too hard to read. i really like that the current page all fits (width wise) in my browser. that's what i'm criticizing people most on, is the width of the page. i hate when i have to scroll horizontally. i like the fixed width that you have. other than that, i agree with all above posts. why change it?
