My website is Employment Attorneys, Employee Rights and Business Litigation Attorneys NY and NJ. The business is Castronovo & McKinney, LLC and we are an employment law firm in New Jersey. Any advice is appreciated.

This site looks good to me. Clear, easy to navigate, has the kind of information on it that I`d likely need if I was looking for legal advice etc. Not a lot more I can say about it really.

Well, Your site is good...
Look at the following points before going to make a new website..

1) First of all, make sure that you should know what are your requirements?
2) Your website should represent you and your company
3) The design of your website should be more appealing since most of the people like to watch some fancy graphics
4) The design of your site should reflect the content of your site, it means anyone can get a basic idea about you and your business by just looking at the design of your site...
5) The optimization of your website should be strong so that more and more people can visit your site...

Nice website. Though I do agree with Victoria, more relevant design. Try putting some images in of the people there, or office, etc.

Also take into account "word per line", usually anything over 12 words per line will not make it easy to read.

The green on the header is a bit strong. I would recommend changing the black background to perhaps grey

I would tone down the green header a bit and maybe add some more images. there just seems to be a lot of text.
