I agree with others the header is too bright and abrasive on the eyes. Maybe you could try a pastel. It is professional looking. Just too bright.

Get rid of the green. Use black and white only and related decent and soft colours.
Your site is not a video site but should represent a more serious attitude.
No grey colour for large parts on page. This grey is terrible. Use a clean white.
