The blue hyperlinks were hard to see against the rust color brown on the main page. You should try to change the link color through css so that the links are easy to see and pop from the page. Also less is more. The links on the left side are too many... and the page appearance is too busy. Keep it simple. But you are definately on your way.

Nice website but just keep some soft text and concentrate on the need to decrease the font size and as well images.Keep this as a feed back.
