As small business web design experts, it’s high time we find a better way to serve our web design customers. Too often, we forget or conveniently ignore what we know is simple and true: our success in the marketplace is contingent on our ability to deliver a superior product in a superior way.
Many small business web design companies nail the product, but fail miserably at its mode of delivery. I’m talking about “Customer Service,” the throwaway phrase often used to describe the bland, ineffective way a web design business interacts with its clients.
Let’s be honest with one another –customer service in the web design world is terrible. And just why is it so horrible?
