Thoughts on webmasterforums.com design

I think that webmaster forums needs a lot of design work.

1) a logo!?!
2) a more interesting layout - perhaps something with a right hand column bar... the screen is too wide right now
3) some better SEO - like title, alt tags, and more keywords throughout.
4) better ad placement - the current layout is pretty lame

What do you guys think?

I agree it needs a logo, but all the other
stuff dont matter because its a forum,
but otherwise, i think every website
