Hey I'm looking for a design for a site of mine and I've encountered withe this site recently, it's for a local Christian Gifts store, and I thought maybe I could use a resemble layout. Please take a look and tell me if you think it's possible to design something like that with using a tutorial.

i had a look and i think you should try a cms system to build your site. joomla is best in my opinion. no reall css or deep coding knowledge required, its also great for ecommerce and its 100% free

That seems like a dropship website.
You can buy e-commerce templates for quite cheap prices. Just Google it.

I would personally go with a light brown parchment kind of back ground. It would fit good with your theme.
