Default Rajasthan Desert Website

hello friends

i have designed a website on Rajasthan - Information about forts, palaces, lakes, tourist attractions, destinations, festivals, turbans, and various other info for tourists planning to visit Rajasthan.

Please review my site and suggest me things i can add on and change to make it more useful from a tourist/traveler perspective.

thanks

Bright red and yellow is what I see. The red, you might want to work on that color it isn't the best to display online or on a computer. For the header I would suggest that you have a header that has the websites name, good luck.

The reason for me to choose these colors were
Yellow - It comes from Desert background and that is what my sight about
Dark Red - I tried different combos of yellow but could not come up with a better bgcolor then this..

Suggest me other combos which i can!!
thanks

Hi,

1. Place your text in the top somewhere else.
2. Put a title in your header so that your guest may know on what website it is.
3. There is too much google ads. Try to minimize.
4. Your left part below the search box is kinda lacking. try to populate.
5. Look at the bottom of your site, the edge is cut.
6. In some of your link, the content is too long. Divide those into sublinks. "You don't want to bore your guest".

I think that's all for now.

thanks for the reviews, we will try to work upon all of the issues. really thankful to nice gesture!!

regarding the cut in bottom, the issues are with browser version. if u try with mozilla 3 n ie 6/7 it works perfect.

Ok, I am using Firefox 2.x. Try to add this one. position:relative;, display:block;, or increase the height. I think there is a lot of work in firefox 2.x. Please fix the png issue in ie6. Here is a useful link:

IE PNG Fix - TwinHelix

Goodluck.

I do not like the text on the top at all. But colours and style are fine.
