My website in progress... your suggestions needed

ok well its my first website so its alot more learning then actually making money for now... i am looking to be a good webmaster and then expect some revenues. The site is still in progress as you could see and i would need your suggestion on what i could make better or some general ideas or tips

Design wise, I find all the animations very distracting.

I am not a porn guy but the layout is good. You might try removing the spaces and tightening up the page (too spread out) I see that there are different products/services that are somewhat bunched but the spacing makes that difficult to say/see.
