I would say learn photoshop, Studio V5 logo maker, Frontepage, CSS, little HTML, Web Expression & Dream Viewer.

If you learn these you would be a good designer.

Well there are many tools but it really depends on your level of comfort. I use Photoshop for designing & Dreamweaver for scripting purpose. I also use Flash as it is a combo package which allows both designing & scripting as well.

I think you need that you should have to learn the HTML ,PHP etc.

Dreamweaver, photoshop and flash are all the most useful tools in for web designer. They are used in different fields for different purposes. They are all WYSIWYGs.
