Such reviews will not break our quality of services or even scratch our reputation but I think we owe the readers of this post a reply even deep inside I as TrustyWebHosting, Inc. CEO don't feel proud to reply to such lies but as I said I had to...
The guy calling himself Benjamin Kastner ( I am not sure if he is really Benjamin Kastner) ordered a reseller account and got a free domain with it since we offer free domain name with any reseller plan and since our systems are automated after a successful payment his hosting account was created and his domain was registered 2-3 hours after the first order he added $335 to his account and started to register domains our billing review all orders manually at the end of the end of the day but when they suspected that account they had to investigate on it and they found that the email used with that order doesn't match the one associated with alertpay he used to order
mcload1@gmail.com and the alertpay email is
kstnrbenjamin@gmail.com and more the address used with his order is a German address and the IP is a US IP (everything is shown with the enclosed snapshots) so billing dept sent an email immediately to the address associated with alertpay to verify the order meanwhile the guy started to order more domains and they reached 5 so our billing dept. has banned his IP to stop him from ordering any more domain until we investigate more about him and make sure he is the real owner of this alertpay account.
5 minutes after banning his IP he emailed sales and asked them why he is banned they replied that his account is detected to be a fraud and we are awaiting a confirmation from the email associated with alertpay account, he disappeared and 2 days later he tried to ask for a money request following my instructions billing declined the request so he emailed sales threatening and swearing etc... so sales replied to him that an email was sent to his alertpay email and he must reply to it when he does this we will remove his IP from the ban list and he will be free to do whatever he wants asking for refund or ordering more stuff etc...(email attached) sales reported this info to me and asked them to suspend his hosting account at that time we only banned his IP from ordering more domains but when he is not replying to the email sent to his alertpay address than he is not confirming his alertpay account and he might be stealing the user/pass and we have seen similar cases before happening with paypal and alertpay too, we have reported this incident to alertpay and waiting for their instructions, in all cases we are protecting ourselves from a fraud since domains are not refunded so if the real account holder discovered that his account was stolen he has the right to ask us to pay back his money and at the end we will be the looser by doing this we have protected ourselves and our loss now is the cost of 3 domains since he was unable to register the other 3 since we had stopped the automation and we are protecting the real account holder since if he discovers the fraud he would get back his money held with us in stead of that guy spending them elsewhere... If you check the domains he registered you would agree with us that this guy will use his site(s) for scam how does paysystems.biz sound for you?
or webtrademoney.com ??? This is the complete story of the guy accusing us of stealing his money we stole nothing we didn't even delete his account as he is stating we only suspended his account and held the money until he confirms he is the alertpay account holder and till now he didn't confirm you can always check the attached screenshots and you can visit goldhoster.org t see that it is still existing but suspended even I do not trust such domains but at the end I am not here to judge people but at least we can take our [precautions especially when we have met similar cases (and we will always meet) in our business life... Please accept my apology for taking too much time on this issue but I had to tell everything regarding that, we cannot pass through what he said just like that especially we have found that some people are close to believe him...
