I am looking for a linux dedicated server with these requirements:
HD Minimun 20GB
RAM 1Gb min
P4 or similar
Bandwith 100Gb min

That's a tough pricepoint to meet. I'd recommend you look at some of the Dedicated Web Hosting Providers at www.TopHosts.com to start your research.

Since you are only needing 20GB of space, you might want to consider a Virtual Private Server for that price.
