This will be a text only (or very limited files and graphics) type email listserver for the purpose of sending out announcements and allowing discussions among subscribers.

Ultimately the list will have about 600-800 subscribers. Each should receive an email upon any new posting. They should also be able to respond via email and their responses propagate.

This will serve as the list server from another domain already hosted. Current hosting company throttles the amount of smtp activity per hour so it is not feasible. Should be able to redirect emails to the 'new' site (host) with a change in MX entries.
