Jack's on the money here. I'd go with a well-established Web host. You'll find plenty to choose from at Web Hosting - Find Affordable Web Hosting Providers, as well as other directories.
No harm in choosing an award-winning host now, is there?

Definately no harm at all in looking for a well established and award winning host. That's exactly what I did. I hope to become one myself one day, but have just started out literally within the last few days. I'm still in the middle of writing a few scripts to support it.
