Just curious, how do you handle problems with uptime? How soon would you address a problem or complaint with your service?

Hi,

Support is handled by another company (which has a full time support staff), so replies to problems should be in a range from 15 minutes to a few hours.

Good stuff. There are several outfits out there with similar offerings with no support to speak of.
