I hope there is somebody here to help me.

I recently moved to a new hosting server. Their software in general is powered by a company called 'ensim'.

Web statistics (traffic) are also from the same company.

Believe me:

- i send many mails to helpdesk

- i phoned many times to helpdesk

- i searched google

- i read help files, faq etc

- i send mail to ensim but it seems there is no hope to wait for an answer (too complicated online help process)



I cannot find anywhere how this system logs the unique visitors and the hits.

I suspect their 'labels' are different from other servers (like webalizer).





Does anyone know where are the 'unique visits' and 'total hits' in this ensim software?
