Do not go with Webhost Titan - Big Hosting plans for small prices! Sites with this webhost have been down for a couple weeks now, with absolutely no notification to sites owners, and no way to contact them (they will not answer email or support tickets). At this point, I am considering it fraud since I paid for hosting.

I have no idea if my website files and database are lost forever or what... No information at all has been provided - no reason - nothing.

It's truly bizzarre... nothing on their website even mentions the outage, although I know other websites hosted there are down also.
