Hi Webmasters,

I am Ilya with eBoundHost and I am looking for some input, this is a non-sales post. We want our business to focus on webmasters. What are your main issues with hosting and with dedicated servers? What kind of problems have you had or are you having? What do you like or dislike about hosting companies? Are there any questions you have that I can answer about dedicated servers and hosting for you?

Please, just input, you don't have to make any company recommendations or mention names. I appreciate your time.

Really my main concern is uptime and support, especially for dedicated, like when I want to add things. I like live chat support, it's the only way I'll go now, I hate talking on the phone and going back and forth on emails. Oh, and the speed of the site is important to me, I find that a lot of the cheaper hosting companies sacrifice site speed for price, definately not a good thing. I think what they do is limit the bandwidth and pack the servers with a bunch of people. If you're going to host people, let them know how many people are on a server or if you are going to limit them at all.
