Reccommend a budget host?

Hi,

I'm starting a new website (sort of a hobby/info site) that is not commercial. I would like to know any really cheap webhostst you've had business with that I could use. I'd need at least 1 msql database and 2GB bandwidth a month, php scriping as well.

Ideall no more than $20/year, as I really don't want to buy top-notch hosting for a non-paying site.

Well I have a bunch of domains and I've been sending all my clients to Crucial Web Hosting. Most of them use the virtual hosting, so they just get either the $4/mo or $19/mo plan. They both work out fine though, I know they both come with PHP, MySQL, cPanel, and all that other stuff.

I actually had to look at the site earlier today, apparently they upgraded their servers too, which I was excited to hear about. Dual Opteron 265, 2GB RAM, SATA hard drives, all the goodies.

I used to be with ImHosted, but I had HORRIBLE connection issues, like speed wise the site was just terrible. I don't know what network they use, but I know Crucial uses the DataCenter in Dallas, supposed to be the best in the world they say, not sure though, no complaints from me though.
