anybody use 1&1 for their hosting?

this is my first post on these forums..

anyway, i'm asking about 1&1 because that is who i use for my hosting, but for most of the day today, my site has been down and i've been unable to FTP anything to my webspace..

does anyone else here use 1&1 and are you having the same problem today?

My recommendation is, 1and1 is a good cheap host... great packages for little... but there clunky, and very confusing... you might want to find another web host. my 2 cents.
