Does anyone know good sites where the owner has a reseller and offers domain hosting for free? Not free hosting companies but personal hosting.

There are a lot of start up free host that offers that.
But if they do, they are courting their own untimely death.
Or you may have to foot another kind of bill like massive advertising that could in the end make your site look horrible...

I seen just about too many to even recommend you one...
They are good at first then slowly when the owner gets tired of it, it closes down in a matter of months.

If the company has been there for about a year or 2, then it could be safe.

Yes most are like that, but if their management ( if they have any at all ) are alright, and you know you are not paying anything because of the advertisements, then you know you are on the right track.

If they offer nothing but give you everything, think again on what is wrong.

I used the freewebspace.com before.They have user friendly control panel.A newbie can relate to the site.how they will host your site and how you will design your site!

I wouldn't really recommend any free host. I've tried a few and most of them suck.
