I was trying find a good free host once at free-webhosts.com but didn't find anyone, i know host all my websites like www.hurricanedisasters.info at atspace but they don't support PHP, that's the problem. Also the mosts free hosts want posting in their forums but i'm borede doing posts in forums I don't like, any ideas?

Sorry for telling you but you cannot get hosting for free if you don't do something too! If you want a good free host you must make some posts, i would suggest you:
buildtolearn and thefreewebhosting

Yes, there is no such thing as a free host as you pay with other things rather than $$$.
Someties its banners, sometimes its posting.

If you do find a free host that requires nothing in return and you can use full commercial hosting features, you better start backing up your data daily!

yeah, free hosting is pretty much either junk filled with pop-up ads and banners, or just totally unreliable. They are ok for practicing web design or something but never host a site you care about on them.

I did find one free host however that has proven to be very reliable so far. They do charge a one time $11 .00 activation fee for new accounts but after that the hosting is free. http://www.ms11.net

perhaps you can have a look at zeeblo, they are still accepting free hosting. I guess, their package is 100mb space & 5gb per month

IMO, it is much enough for a non-commercial site.
