Capping Spam

Don't ISP filter spam at their own ends? Because my mail box get jammed with spam messages every morning and its irriating to download and delete them before I can read those that are supposed for me....

Ends up deleting some good mail because of frustration... Is there anyway to put a plug to this?

If you are using OE, then you have to look into some plugin spam killers like bspam.com

Its not cost effective to try and trace out spammers because the world governments are not united in stamping them out. So don't bother.

Try some spamkilling software. I recommend those from Mcafee
