We haven't been in business long. Around 2 weeks or so. I'm not going to say we don't plan on going anywhere but we have enough money to pay for our servers for another 2 and a bit years. So unless a bomb hits our datacenter or some other crazy thing happens, we should stay in the business

Tomorrow we will undergo a server move. We are upgrading to a faster server.

Unlimited pretty much means that you don't have to worry about breaking your cap. Of course everything has its limit however with our servers to pass that limit you would need to have a site like Youtube or Google and if you did have a site like that, then I'm sure you wouldn't be using shared hosting.

Just curious about the customer service aspect so far--what kind of trouble tickets are you getting and how long has your response time been?

We have had no trouble tickets thus far. The only tickets we have had are ones for registering the free domain name and our average response time for those were between 5-15 minutes.

Although we do not have many clients at the moment.
