We have given you the choice to move your account to our another server, and you was not willing for that. It is sure that your problem may get solved by that, since the server was from another datacenter which you was using earlier. But you was in no way ready for that. How can we give you the refund when there is a possible way to solve the problem and if you are not ready for that?

You asked the refund for the reason you cannot use our service (the problem was not from our side) and when we gave another option you denied it.
At that point how we can refund the money? What is this all about?

We already have 3 servers and we have told you about it before, and you are not ready to try those servers. I am sure that the problem will get solved if you use the other server, and you are not willing for that and complaining our service.

You can try our other servers, they are from FDC, not blocked by any of the isp.
Surely your problem will be solved. Why complaining us without accepting the solution? And it is the problem with your isp that they blocks Caro's ip and we have found solution to that and you are not ready to take it and complaining our service.
