Default Outsourcing

I recently tried outsourcing some of my web design work to a company and the experience was pretty dismal. I ended up having to baby sit my designer as he destroyed my site systematically.

My question is: Does anyone currently outsource html work, would you recommend them. And any other tips (through experience) you would recommend?

Thanks

There are a lot of freelancers sites out there. I only learn some basic html and coding but then I could be able to earn at least $5 per day. If you have more knowdlege then you could earn more.

I have done much outsourcing in my time, it's a hard process. Finding people you can trust to provide professional work is hard. Honestly, only about 10% of the hundreds I have tried have been able to do things correctly and professionally.
