Need help with building and advertising site. You get 100% prophit!

I am looking for someone to help me build my website and help advertise it. I am looking for someone who knows a decent amount about Joomla, and vBulletin knowledge helps too. For 6 months after starting, if you stay active you get to put your google adsence onto the forums for 100% of the prophit. After 6 months we will discuss something like 50/50 prophit share.
