I have a project lined up, however do not have the programming skills or money to pay a programmer.

Briefly my website is a graphics selling website, If you are interested I send you the details.

What I do have is hosting for one year and can purchase a domain.
All profits would be split 60/40. I want 60 because I will be administrating the site after the programming is done and whoever ill be working with will not have to do anyhing apart from wait for the money to roll in.

Its a good investment.
