Hello.
I am looking for a skilled and professional programmer to help me with an already started (almost finished) project, and hopefully to stay on as a permanent programmer for the said website.

The website is written in ASP.NET DotNetNuke, and as such, I would please ask programmers who don't know about these to refrain from messaging me.

Fluent English is also a necessity, as is good communication (I don't want to wait a week for a reply from my programmer) and professionalism (I will not rush you, and accept the time tables you set, as long as you respect them as well).

Please do not ask me for payment in advance, since my Guru profile (which I will provide upon contact) should reflect that I am a serious paying customer, but sadly a few bad experiences have made me weary of programmers who ask for payment in advance.

Also - if you do not have your own hosting server, where you can show me what you've worked on, don't bother messaging me.

Because the project is almost done and I've paid around 1000$ on it, the last touches won't warrant a high quota, that is why I put the estimated project budget under 250$ - but as I said in the beginning, I am looking for a long term partnership. So if it's a quick buck you're after, don't bother.
