I'm new on this forum. I want to create a website for volunteer programmers, webmasters, web designers and other jobs linked with computers. I believe that there are a lot young webmasters who want to work as freelancer, but they doesn't have work, because they don't have experience. I think that working as volunteer for some time is a solution. Also I am a little experience webmaster.
I need:
-PHP programmers with knowledge MySQL
-back-end cordinator
-front-end webmaster (HTML, JavaScript, CSS etc.)

-others who want to help
