i came across this freelancer website which allows webmasters to set their IT projects on racing mode and pay only the fastest programmer who delivers it.

has anyone got done their web project on this website? please share ur experience with me as to how efficient is this website?

why dont u try sites like getafreelancer? pretty good one for freelance programming.
