Looking for Smarty template designer

MCJ Interactive is looking for a smarty template designer for a current project. Please PM all requests with portfolio for qualification.

Requirements:
-Resides in the United States; preference of client who wishes to keep work within the U.S.
-At least 16yrs. old
-2yrs. experience using Smarty template engine (minimum)
-Flash, MX, Photoshop (or comparible)
-PHP (basic)


Job Description:
A current project which will include designing w/specs 3-5 templates. We have a steady work flow so this could lead to permanet outsourcing for the designer.

I am thinking since most of its functionality lies in plugins creating 3-5 templates would not be that difficult to accomplish.

We have a steady work flow so this could lead to permanet outsourcing for the designer

Will compensation be arranged by project/hours/monthly retainer fee or each job requiring price quote?
