Software to submit Articles (Article Submitter)
Software to Submit to Directories

Both Automatic and must be free. Will send 3 dollars to Paypal if anyone can tell me where I can get these.

Yea I'd suggest manual submission as well. A lot of article directories block automatic submissions.

I am also wondering to get automatic software to submit articles and i feel to submit bulk number of articles,manual submission takes lot of time!

I will suggest you don't use any software to submit your articles. If you do that then your article would be submitted in proper category or place which is not good for SEO. Submit your article in right place with proper link text is a smart idea.
