i usually refer to http://www.emailaddresses.com - when i need anything thats completely free related to the web.. ull find wht u want under the free web hosting link..

they also have their own reviews with pros and cons listed so you don't have to waste ur time checkin out each and every site

How serious are you about your website? For the cost of a latte, you can get an impressive hosting package without worrying about banner placements from the free hosting company (that don't look professional to any visitors) or linking to them or worrying each day if the site will be up. Don't expect any help, if that happens! It's not worth it, pony up the couple of bucks and find a good a web host. Period.
