HTML5 is supported by all major browsers now. And looks like Adobe is switching to HTML5. Better learn HTML5 related technologies(canvas, WebGL, etc).

Action script is the programming language associated with flash. you can do some pretty cool stuff with it but flash is ever closer coming to its end. HTML5 and CSS3 will be replacing it soon.
